* If the number of participants is less than the minimum number, we will contact you by email, phone, or in writing at least 4 days before departure to cancel the event.

◆ There are no tickets or final itinerary items to be mailed in advance.

◆ Course content may change due to traffic jams, bad weather, etc.

◆ Bus seats may be shared depending on the number of participants. (We may ask you to share a table with men and women.)

◆ The time spent at the site and the time to return to the site may change significantly due to traffic jams.

◆ Even if you arrive late and need to take a taxi or stay overnight, we will not be able to respond to your request.

◆ In principle, please refrain from using reclining bus seats.

◆ The bus does not have a toilet.

◆ The storage period for lost items will be 2 weeks (3 days for groceries) after the end of the trip. Please note that the bus seats will be decided by us.
