Looking forward to your ALT Life & Work in Japan? I was once an ALT at 2 junior high schools in Tokyo under 2 different dispatch companies. It was an enjoyable moment for me and a great privilege as I was the only foreign teacher in the 2 big schools. Teaching more than 1,500 students within a month for 3 consecutive years was a life-changing career journey for me. It’s great to work with the Japanese teachers, teacher-trainees, and school staff. I enjoyed my ALT Life & Work except for the policies and pay of the dispatch companies. Hoping soon to partner with good dispatch companies for ALTs. Updates will be posted here.
